Can a power station run a window AC?

A small one, yes, for a short while. A 5,000 BTU window unit draws around 500W while its compressor runs. A 1,024Wh power station keeps that going for about 1.8 hours nonstop, or about 3.5 hours if the compressor cycles off half the time. It is a nap, not a night.

Check these two things on your AC

All three of our 1 kWh picks list 1,500W or more of output, and the Anker and Jackery both list a 3,000W surge peak, so a small window unit should start. The 300W units cannot do this job.

A better plan for heat

Moving air costs far less power than cooling it. A 40W box or pedestal fan runs about 18.4 hours on the same 1,024Wh battery. A fan plus a cool, damp cloth will get most healthy adults through a hot night. Use the AC in short bursts to cool one closed room before bed, then switch to the fan.
